RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Each jewellery is handmade therefore there will be slight imperfections and no two earrings are the same as the other. Tangan Jewellery makes earrings in small batches hence jewellery will be made at the highest standards possible.
Taking that into consideration, we do not offer refund services, except when goods are defective. Goods are categorised as defective if they are received damaged. Please notice that items which are damaged because of wear and tear aren't considered to be defective. Damaged caused by courier will be dealt with on case to case basis. If there is any damage caused by the courier, please take a picture of outside of the box, inside the box and item damaged. Email them to us so we can deal with the courier and refund you based on insurance claim.
If the item you received is defective, please write to us as quickly as possible. Defective item returns are legitimate within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We will notify customers of the approval or rejection of their refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and the refunded amount will be credited to your account within 5 working days. The method of refund will be dealt with on a case by case basis, discussed with customers before crediting to their account.
Customers are required to bear the delivery charges for returns of defective items. You are liable for all items dispatched till they arrive at Tangan Jewellery.
